Hunter Valley Highland Games

On Saturday 22 November 2025, the Penrith RSL Pipes and Drum attended the Satire Estates Hunter Valley Highland Games for the very first time.

As per all events like this, the band projected a professional and positive image to the general public and the piping community. More importantly, it was decided to enter a team into a the QUINTET competition.

It is my honour to anounce that the Penrith RSL Pipes and Drums achieved a third place in our very first attempt. This achievement can be put down to the outstanding tutoring by China and Justin and the hard work of the entire band.
