The primary obligation and function of the Penrith RSL Pipes and Drums, known as “The Band”, is to provide a professional and competent Pipes and Drums band for Community and Penrith RSL events in an inclusive environment. The band may, at the discretion of the committee, elect to perform on other occasions, which may comprise of competitions, fund-raising or any other type of community event.
