ANZAC - SYDNEY UNIVERSITY REGIMENT

The Penrith RSL Pipes and Drums performed in a multitude of locations during ANZAC Day.

The majority of the Penrith RSL Pipes and Drums went into the city and once in the city, split into two mini bands.

A number of our members are also members of the Sydney University Regiment Pipes and Drums. These members, led by Pipe Major Andrew “China” Iverson wore Australian Army shirts with our kilts and performed in front of the Sydney University Regiment.

Our other mini band, led by Pipe SGT Mark Spooner remained in our No.1 Red Ceremonial uniform performing amongst the United Irish Ex-Services Association of Australia.

A fantastic job by all concerned.
