ANZAC DAY PENRITH DAWN SERVICE

The Penrith RSL Pipes and Drums performed in a multitude of locations during ANZAC Day.

Four members, Tim Badger (President), Dave Tyler (Drum Major), Alan Harris (piper) and Terry McGrath (drummer) attended he Penrith Dawn Service.

Dave led the quartet during the silent march from the RSL to Memory Park, while Terry did a great job keeping everyone, veterans and civilians alike, in step. Alan played the lament whilst Tim laid a wreath on behalf of the band.

It was a truly humbling service under the cover of darkness and a rolling fog.
